LEKO LABS

The construction system developed by LEKO® is designed for multi-storey constructions (technical approval in France for residential buildings up to R+10 - 28 m). Their system makes it possible to replace all the steel and concrete of the above-ground superstructure of a conventional building. With equivalent structural, thermal and acoustic properties, a LEKO® wall is up to 40% thinner. Added to this is the 25% gain in reinforcement in the foundations thanks to a LEKO® structural work that is 5x lighter than concrete.
